D\u00edky sv\u00e9 poklidn\u00e9 poloze v bl\u00edzkosti parku p\u0159edstavuje ide\u00e1ln\u00ed bydlen\u00ed pro rodiny s d\u011btmi.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi Stromovkou a Letenskou pl\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete narazit na dal\u0161\u00ed z na\u0161ich projekt\u016f, rezidenci <a href=\"https:\/\/oveniaparkline.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OVENIA Park Line<\/a>, kter\u00e1 uspokoj\u00ed i ty nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed klienty, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt neust\u00e1le uprost\u0159ed d\u011bn\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 si u\u017e\u00edvat klidn\u00e9ho a luxusn\u00edho z\u00e1zem\u00ed v centru Prahy. M\u00edstn\u00ed dobroty v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eete vyzkou\u0161et i b\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159i posezen\u00ed ve zdej\u0161\u00edm Vini\u010dn\u00edm alt\u00e1nu nebo Caf\u00e9 Pavilonu.  <\/p>\n<p>Pokud to chcete m\u00edt do Gr\u00e9bovky jen kousek, pak se nab\u00edz\u00ed luxusn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terasalavande.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v rezidenci Terasa LAVANDE<\/a>, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s svou specifickou \u2013 st\u0159edomo\u0159skou \u2013 atmosf\u00e9rou p\u0159\u00edmo okouzl\u00ed. Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se zde toti\u017e \u010dasto vyhled\u00e1van\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd park Riegrovy (d\u0159\u00edve t\u00e9\u017e Smetanovy) sady <strong>nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed jednak neopakovateln\u00fd v\u00fdhled na Pra\u017esk\u00fd hrad \u010di Pet\u0159\u00edn<\/strong>, jednak mo\u017enost posed\u011bt v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch m\u00edstn\u00edch hosp\u016fdk\u00e1ch. <\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch travnat\u00fdch ploch, kter\u00e9 z parku \u010din\u00ed <strong>ide\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edsto na piknik<\/strong>, zde najdeme i d\u011btsk\u00e1 h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b a sportovi\u0161t\u011b. V severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti sm\u011brem k \u017di\u017ekovu na park navazuje sportovn\u00ed a oddychov\u00fd park Rajsk\u00e1 zahrada, jeho\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 podoba poch\u00e1z\u00ed z let 2006-2008. <\/p>\n<p><em>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 Vinohrady snad nemohou b\u00fdt hez\u010d\u00ed, ale na\u0161e zvelebuj\u00edc\u00ed projekty sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o opaku. Na hranici Vinohrad, pod \u017di\u017ekovskou v\u011b\u017e\u00ed, jsme rekonstruovali malebn\u00fd  <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acordinvest.cz\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Violin House<\/em><\/a><em>\u2013 bytov\u00fd d\u016fm s mal\u00fdm po\u010dtem bytov\u00fdch jednotek a poklidn\u00fdm dvorkem.
